[governance] Twitter officially shutdown to Internet users in Pakistan

Twitter officially shut down in Pakistan after Ministry of Information
Technology and PTA meeting on 19th May 2012 in lieu of religious
objections.

Still identifying what are the issues and concerns of the authorities
around this.
