Dear Parminder and Peng Hwa,

I hope you can find common ground. There may be differences in what we
perceive to be "methodology" but that should not stop continued engagement
and interaction. We would encourage you to try and sort this is a
logistical/administrative conflict offline. May I suggest that we should
not shy away from conflict as it is part of the evolutionary processes of
progress but it is in how we manage this.

This is a good lesson for countries who are keen on setting up national,
regional and sub regional IGFs of how we can always learn from how others
established  national, sub regional and regional IGFs.

As has been mentioned the Secretariat has developed guidelines.
