[governance] Should the IGC website go on strike against censorship on Jan 18? [URGENT]

Dear All,

Some of you may recall from Michael Gurstein's email that there is a
website strike to protest against censorship on January 18, 2012. After
discussions with Izumi, we would like to hold consultations for 24 hours
from 8:30am UTC +12 of 16th January 2012 and we will use these
consultations as a basis for considering whether or not we participate.

Let us have your thoughts.
