[governance] CSTD IGF WG - Day 3

Grateful if I could get Marilia or Anriette together to polish the reports
so that they can be uploaded on our website so that we can easily follow
what's happening on the site. When the Team (Wolfgang, Izumi, Parminder,
Anriette and Marilia) have agreed that the Report genuinely reflects things
happening on the ground at the CSTDWG from your perspectives we can post it
to show your perspective on the matter.
