[governance] A couple of thoughts for the MAG discussion

Lilian has made a proposal that may be helpful. From local activities with
national IGFs, it is possible to mobilize the participation of civil
society in the IGF. It is hoped that by going to this option and with some
caution, UNDP as well as other regional and regional organizations are involved
in the process of raising funds locally. This to allow civil society to be
present in the sub-regional , regional and international meetings.
