Dear all,
Beyond the substance related to the DPI standard, Simon seems to confuse
several fora: the UN, the ITU, WTSA, WCIT, WSIS and the IGF.
Advocating boycotting the IGF because something was adopted at WTSA seems a
strange conclusion. I would argue this is one more reason to participate in
IGF and potentially raise this topic there.
