Dear All,

Some of you may be aware that the Caribbean will be hosting their Regional
IGF soon. I think the world has alot to learn from the approach that the
Caribbean is taking, remote participation is available but you need to
register via: http://www.ctu.int/cigf8
It will run from the 29th -30th August, 2012.

For those interested in seeing "enhanced cooperation" in action, please
download a copy of the Caribbean Internet Governance Framework. You will
see very clear the values based engagement that is apparent in the
collaborative manner in which they are engaging.
