[governance] Workshop Proposal Deadline Extension

I would like to apologize to everyone if this information has already 
being sent to the list. (I sent this message to the old cpsr mailing list).

Due to stakeholder requests to the IGF Secretariat, the deadline for the 
submission of workshop proposals has been extended to 20 April 2012. The 
IGF Secretariat have also put up a resource person registration form on 
the website for people who want to be selected as panelists or resource 
people for workshops. Finally, registration for the May consultations 
will be the same registration form as the one for the WSIS forum: 
http://www.itu.int/cgi-bin/htsh/edrs/ITU-SG/meetings/edrs.registration.form?_eventid=1000065 


All this information is up on the IGF Website according to the IGF 
Secretariat.
