[governance] What comes after DNS and IPv6

I've thought for some time that the Internet 15 years out from here is
likely to have neither DNS not IPv6 . Nice to see luminaries such as Bill St
Arnaud also questioning the dominant beliefs in this area

For those able to think a little longer term about internet governance, I
would urge approaches which take into account longer term needs as well as
existing technical and administrative arrangements.
