[governance] IGC workshop on a framework for global net neutrality

The IGC workshop on a framework for NN is IG4D WS 183 on Sept. 29th, Day 3
at 16:30 - 18:00.

The remote moderator is an important person on this panel, as remote
participation will allow views from around the world to be heard.

You do not need to be a 'techie'. You don't need to be an expert on NN. You
need common sense, and the ability to get around a computer.

I am sure one of you not only are able to collaborate, but will very much
enjoy the experience. It is a way to be very 'involved' in the issue, in a
supporting role.

I wish I could do it :) but I am busy at that time.
