[governance] Is really Bulgarian Cyrillic .бг (.bg) similar to other Latin ccTLDs?

Avri,

The two characters of a cctld may be in opposite cases.

With this font up *I* is visually identical to low *l*, and Italy is
confused with Lithuania.

16 cctld's exhibit similar confusions.
