[governance] ACTION: IGC inputs to the civil society MAGs towards the next OC and MAG meeting

Next week is the IGF Open Consultation and MAG meetings. There are 
several items that need to be addressed during the meeting. Civil 
society MAG members (Valeria, Graciela, Fouad and myself) would love to 
hear from you. This is the time to speak. Please do so.
