I'm following this (from Rio) with excellent (English language) coverage
from NHK/CNN at
http://edition.cnn.com/video/flashLive/live.html?stream=stream3&hpt=T1

Things seem to be escalating hour by hour--the evacuation zone has increased
over the last 5 hours from 3 km to 20 km!

In part it is true - BBC News has its video on the top page. Yet, the
explosion blusted the outer shell of the building housing, the neuc reactor
itself is contained in a steel container that is (so far) safe, according to
the cabinet secretary on TV just 30 min go.
