[governance] 8.9 earthquake in Japan

In part it is true - BBC News has its video on the top page.
Yet, the explosion blusted the outer shell of the building
housing, the neuc reactor itself is contained in a steel
container that is (so far) safe, according to the cabinet
secretary on TV just 30 min go.
