[governance] New membership database: choose your own username

I agree with Avri, drastic change, unilaterally done, would like to
see it undone. Am on safari right now, actually surrounded by
elephants, so im not going to spend time quoting the charter, but i
dont think this change is inline with it. Rgds, mctim
