AW: [governance] at the WSIS Forum OC

[Yrjö Länsipuro]

Merging IGF to the WSIS Forum was one of the Russian proposals at the ITU Plenipot in Guadalajara (Oct. 2010) but they were told that ITU is not the place for such a decision...Apparently they are still pushing it.
