I've heard the idea is being floated of a formal CSTD working group on enhanced cooperation, potentially to include the Indian CIRP proposal.  But I've not spoken with anyone from G-77 or seen any related docs on their website.  Do you happen to know anything about that, and whether there's info available somewhere?
