Quite remarkable, Jeremy.  Really.  We are so fortunate to have your  
expertise, and especially your dedication to see this through.  A very  
significant amount of work - including in prior times, for you to  
assemble this expertise, which you now apply assiduously and with  
wisdom.

This is the sort of leadership necessary to eventuate in an IGC with  
some legitimacy.
