And also an expert in the cost of International bandwidth and transit, 
plus the cost of domestic infrastructure, so that the "lack of infinity" 
can be explained in terms of the provisioning cost. This fundamental 
'access' discussion is surely of wider benefit as well, because many 
developing countries whose (often state-owned) telcos may also be trying 
to reach to infinity and beyond.
