[governance] WSIS Forum 2011

Don't they usually hold these events in UN cities? That means Geneva,
Nairobi,  New York, Vienna, Bangkok, Santiago, Addis Ababa and Beirut. Is
there  another one in a visa free country that is easy to get to?
