All,

 

Thank you Jeremy and Ginger for initiating the survey. I think it's the best
way to choose the speakers.

Nevertheless, I suggest that the final list to be transmitted to the IGF
secretary shouldn't include 2 names from the same region, and should include
2 men and 2 women (Gender and regional balance).

 

So the result of the survey should be combined with the concept of balance
to give the final list.
