[governance] IGC Nominations to CSTD

[Fouad Bajwa]

Do you think a MAG member wouldn't be carrying what you mentioned? MAG
members have also be selected from within IGC? I can't speak for
others but my involvement within MAG has been to promote and further
IGC. Why would we want to create such a division?
