Dear Fouad, Shahzad, Rafik and friends,

I've just subscribed to the IGC list and am quite delighted to get this warm
welcome. I do hope to get to communicate with and learn from IGC's members.

I was privileged to have met and learned lots of interesting things from
Wolfgang about Internet policy challenges and have since become more
interested in tackling issues that deal with the legal and practical
dimensions of cyber censorship.

Hope to get in touch with you more often and wish you all the very best.
