Dear Marilia,

Thanks for your words! It was a pleasure for me to help in that process.

I have a great concept about the Marco Civil Process (but I can't afford
saying again that I envy you guys, not when the world cup is so close, and
journalists are writing about Argentinean healthy envy on Brazil :P).

Being serious again, I hope that this could be an example for some other
