I am connecting through the NIC.br high-speed hub. Google is 
disappearing from the Net intermittently. This is affecting millions of 
sites which depend on Google's various metering services (sitemeter is 
down, ads is down, blogspot is down etc).

Is the whole Google net under attack? I do not think the simple 
redirection of google.cn to google.com.kh is causing this.

Are 400 million Chinese Internet users in a coordinated attack against 
Google? :)
