[governance] Remote participation in the Open Consultations

The open consultations is taking place now and making decisions about the
workshop proposals for the next IGF. If you have a comment to make, please
write to june2010 at intgovforum.org, send a Twitter message with #IGF10 or
contact me through skype: marilia.ferreira.maciel. Live interventions
through Skype are also welcome.
