Dear Friends and Colegues, 
I am taking the liberty of my membership in this prestigious body to seek 
assistance in TRANSLATING the attached in French just the way it is on MS Word 
please.
It is an APPEAL made by me to the France Consulate in France to reconsider the 
refusal of our visa applications recently.
The standard procedure is for such appeal to be made in FRENCH.
I have till Friday to have this letter posted out of Nigeria.
Please, forward your translation as attachment to me so that I just signed the 
portion above my name trusting in your abilities to give me a correct 
translation.
