Mc Tim,

Thanks for your quick answer. I would like to hear other opinions on  
this topic, specially from those who follow the United Nations  
discussions more closely.

My "first reaction" will be: To move the discussion inside the UN  
systems, instead to create an independent space - even if the status  
of this space will be a "non for profit status"

As I mentioned, this is the second time I heard this opinion so I look  
forward to hear other views. I might miss Shiva's email. Will get back  
to his email later.
