While this statement emphasizes the continuation of the role of CSTD and the
multi-stakeholder involvement in the review and the actual process of IGF,
it says little about the achievements (or the superiority) of the
multi-stakeholder approach.  There could be a short paragraph to extol the
virtues of multi-stakeholderism, emphasizing that it is the only approach
that would be a fair approach.
