Hi,

I agree with Siva in principle

I recommend an attitude that WGIG is the lowest possible bar.

At this point I agree we should settle for WGIG levels.  but remember with IGO's having a free UN pass to all meeting alwasy and everywhere, the WGIG bar is far lower than it looks.
