[governance] CTS/FGV contribution to CSTD WG on IGF sent today

Dear all,

I share with you the contribution send today to Mr. Mongi Hamdi, Head of the
Secretariat of CSTD on behalf of CTS FGV regarding the discussions about the
composition of CSTD WG on IGF improvement.

I hope it contributes to strenghten the voices of civil society.
