agreed.  I like Avri's points:

1. "if the governments go off and do their own thing, why would any of
the Internet governance organizations ever comply with their
decisions."

2. "how does one achieve enhanced cooperation locked in room by ones self."

I think we ought to smack them upside their collective heads with
these stark, plain spoken realities.

They won't like it, but they need to hear it!
