As a press release it would be a good means of outreach, I think... does the outreach committee want to suggest a message about the IGC to include in such a release?

I see a long-term Internet governance manifesto for the IGC as a good idea, and also something for the attention of one of our sub-committees, the strategy committee.
Meanwhile, I will put together a narrower piece on Wikileaks, and send it around later today (work is very heavy for me at the moment, sorry I can't promise anything sooner).
