[governance] Is really Bulgarian Cyrillic .бг (.bg) similar to other Latin ccTLDs?

Hi Petko, I am sorry if I have missed an email from you - it may have been due to my vacation the last couple of days (am still catching up).
It is not an ICANN decision to make anything about an IDN ccTLD application public. Contrary, according to the process, we need to keep it confidential. So this will be a decision by the applicant.
