To me the WHOIS System is a mess enough in English, I can't imagine an Internationtionalized WhoIs Postal Addressing system that can be universally recognized, in as far as native-language postal addresses.

An enumeralization system for Whois who, in which real Postal Addresses can be translated into multiple languages.
