The Internet Governance Project is putting together a workshop proposal on routing and Internet governance. You may or may not be aware of the major policy issues that revolve around routing practices and technologies, but believe me they exist and are increasingly important.

In assembling a list of experts to invite to this workshop, I was struck by how completely dominated the list is by North Americans. This could reflect the way the world is right now, or it could just reflect my own ignorance. So I am soliciting your help in locating people from the developing world, Europe, policy makers, and others in an attempt to break away from "the usual suspects". Anyone interested please contact me privately.
