Certainly declarations of principle on something that
is not agreed upon by all stakeholders like
network neutrality would certainly matters...

Concerning also the networks of things... also there
are serious issues that should matter and have not  being
discussed enough so far...

What is needed is not to discuss issues that are well agreed upon
again and again, but to go towards the difficult topics
