Certainly declarations of principle on something that<br>
is not agreed upon by all stakeholders like<br>
network neutrality would certainly matters... <br>

Concerning also the networks of things... also there<br>
are serious issues that should matter and have not being<br>
discussed enough so far... <br>
<br>
What is needed is not to discuss issues that are well agreed upon<br>
again and again, but to go towards the difficult topics<br>
<br>
