Dear Ginger,

I've exactly the same plan as yours--doing a couple of presentations
via the Internet. Although it might be difficult for us "remoters" to
form a group due to time zone issues, but we may think about having a
skype group (or hot line) to report the connectivity problems, which
could be linked up with the IGF administration. So problems in remote
participation could be resolved as quickly as possible.
