Karl,
May be a good reason why to transfer ICANN outside of such a tax country?

PS. It roughly means that Rod's commuting will cost ICANN more than $ 
2000 a day? i.e. roughly what my Intlnet operations cost me per year. 
Interesting, it confirms what I suspected: I am engaged in a weak to 
strong strategy :-)
