[governance] Collabowriting: Charter of Human Rights and Principles on the Internet

The Internet Rights and Principles coalition has partnered with APC to work
on a "Charter of Human Rights and Principles on the Internet", which is
based on and updates the 2006 version of APC's Internet Rights Charter
(IRC)<http://www.apc.org/en/pubs/briefs/apc-internet-rights-charter%7CAPC>

It would be great if you could contribute to this initiative, which is now
in it's crucial phase (first drafting round till Oct. 15th - second Nov.
1.).

If you have further questions please write to Robert Bodle (
Robert_Bodle at mail.msj.edu), who has kindly agreed to coordinate our
collabowriting efforts.
