Dear IGClers<br><br>The Internet Rights and Principles coalition has partnered with APC to work on a "Charter of Human Rights and Principles on the Internet", which is based on and updates the 2006 version of APC's <a href="http://www.apc.org/en/pubs/briefs/apc-internet-rights-charter%7CAPC" class="external text" title="http://www.apc.org/en/pubs/briefs/apc-internet-rights-charter|APC" rel="nofollow">Internet Rights Charter (IRC)</a><br>

would be great if you could contribute to this initiative,
which is now in it's crucial phase (first drafting round till Oct. 15th
- second Nov. 1.).<br>
