[governance] IGF Sharm golf tournament

At today's AfriNIC policy meeting we got an update on IGF09.

Hotels and venue are quite posh, they even have a golf course.

I'd like to organise the 1st annual IGF Multistakeholder Invitational
Golf tournament.  This promises to be the mother of all jollies.

Any takers?
