Sept OC seems to have been cancelled, see the MAG summary:
"In light of the good progress made in defining the agenda and
programme of the Sharm El Sheikh meeting the MAG decided that
there was no need for holding open consultations and another MAG
meeting in September. Instead, a meeting to discuss operational
matters, open to all interested stakeholders and convened by the
Secretariat, will be held instead. The meeting will take place
on 16-17 September 2009 in Geneva"
