[governance] Workshop on developing a zero carbon Internet

I don't think we have discussed this before in this group but it is a
subject I am interested in and I wonder if others are as well.

 

I have in mind speakers such as Bill St Arnaud (CANARIE Canada) who had an
excellent workshop on this last year, perhaps Patrick Falstrom or someone
from IAB, IISD, 

 

I want to make sure the territory of the workshop is positive action
governments, corporations and Internet users can take, not measurement
studies and the like. There is a lot that is known here and a lot that can
be done immediately.
