Hi IGClers,

In collaboration with Rafael Capurro (www.capurro.de/home-eng.html) and
Michael Nagelborg (http://www.michaelnagenborg.de/) I would like to invite
you to share your perception of what are the important aspects when we talk
about values and rights online. While as you know the Internet Rights and
Principles coalition advocates a Rights based approach to IG, i think it is
important to start with a humanistic perception of the internet and make
sure peoples values are taken into consideration.

The short questionnaire [it's really just 5 questions] @
http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=pJviHeJuXvKLHVF71peNAKg is meant
to allow us to understand what really matters to you as netizen so we can
strategize & formulate our research project proposals based on empirical
evidence.

Yours,

Max
