[governance] IGF questionnaire. Taking Stock

Hi everyone, the IGF secretariat writes that not many people have filled 
out the questionnaire yet and gave feedback on the Hyderabad meeting.
We have been asked to remind everyone that any form of feedback is 
welcome and that the original deadline (Jan. 31) will be postponed to 
give you the opportunity to participate in the taking stock exercise:

Originally we set 31 January 2009 as the deadline, so that we have 
sufficient time to prepare a paper summarizing the input. However, as 
always, we will be flexible in this regard.

Of course, we also welcome contributions in any other format.
