Congratulations on the election result. I look forward to your continued

P.S. As we go forward I'd like to second Craig Simon's suggestion about
"moving toward more advanced consensus-oriented systems that can remake the
IGC into an exemplar of scalability and fairness in online discourse."
Perhaps over the next year we might begin to explore ways our processes can
benefit from Mr. Simon's and perhaps other consensus-oriented systems. This
is not to detract from Derrick Cogburn's exemplary work and I suspect
everyone shares sending him the big "THANK YOU" that he richly deserves.
