  I agree in theroy.  But as you may know, much of this hardware
and software, and to a lessor extent, services is being mitigated by
different legal regimes.  Ergo, users are finding it more and more
difficult to use or even find such that best, if at all, meet their needs.
I believe this trend may be short, but that reality is not yet evident.
