Milton and all,

  I am sure this debate is not worth the bandwidth really.  It's
not a novel idea as you know, as it has been floated before
long ago now and was eventually defeated as a viable idea
inside the *legacy* Internet.  As to why it is being revisited
I suspect has allot to do with the .XXX TLD.
